evolve is a humanitarian organization that helps people achieve their highest potential by working to eradicate social injustice and poverty.

What does it mean to evolve? According to Merriam Webster’s, evolve means “to emit.” If the essence of evolve is to emit, what is evolve actually emitting?

The answer is as simple as the definition, the purpose of evolve is to emit love. evolve is rooted in the values of compassion, empowerment, optimal wellness and creativity. Compassion generates empowerment, empowerment generates optimal wellness (physical, emotional and spiritual health), and optimal wellness lays the foundation for creativity to flourish. The very nature of creativity is to bring into existence. In the context of evolve, the ultimate goal is to bring love into existence. Love becomes a natural byproduct of living compassionate, empowered, healthy and creative lives. This is, love in action.

Step 1: Compassion - Sympathetic consciousness of others’ distress together with a desire to alleviate

Step 2: Empowerment - Promoting Self- Actualization

Step 3: Optimal Wellness - Most desirable or sought after state of physical, emotional and spiritual health

Step 4: Creativity – Bringing love into existence

Step 5: Repeat! – The cycle continues. Creative acts of love expand compassion, which result in an upward expanding spiral of evolve's four core values.
